Kempner Family Community Development Center, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 85-1365928) serving Kempner, Texas since 2020.
Our Leadership
Brian Parker has lived in the Kempner community for over 25 years. He founded the center on a simple conviction: neighbors take care of neighbors — not for recognition, not for anything in return, but because it’s the right thing to do. That spirit drives everything the center does, from the food pantry to the free technology table: showing up for people, free of charge, no strings attached.
The center is led by local volunteers and operates the community center building at 466 FM2808, Kempner, TX 76539, running the food pantry and community programs described on the What We Do page.
