What we collect
When you sign up at our food pantry or fill out a form on our website, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, zip code, household size, and similar basic information.
How we use it
Only to run the pantry and the community center, and to contact you in the ways you checked off — email updates, text notifications, or about volunteering. If you told us you need food right away, we use your contact information to reach you about that.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone for marketing or for any purpose outside of serving you. Your information is not a product.
How it is protected
Form responses are stored in our Google account, protected by Google’s account security, and access is limited to the Kempner Family Community Development Center team members who need it to serve you.
Your choices
You can opt out of emails or texts at any time — just let us know. Text us at 737-618-6886 or email kempnerfamilycdc@gmail.com. You can also ask us at any time what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.
Children
Our forms are meant for adults signing up their households.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
